How do I join?

Sign in to Helipod with Google or GitHub, open Settings → Affiliate, then enter your bank name, account holder name, and account number. Your affiliate account is active right away and your referral link works immediately. There's no fee.

How much is the commission?

5% of the first payment of every new customer who signs up through your link, whether it's a balance top-up, a VPS purchase, a bundle or a subscription. After that, 2% of every later payment.

Is there commission on later payments?

Yes. After the first payment you earn 2% of every later payment from that customer (top-up, subscription, bundle or VPS checkout) while your affiliate account is active. Purchases paid from the balance don't count again, because the top-up already earned you a commission.

When does the commission arrive?

As soon as the customer's first payment succeeds, the commission is recorded in your affiliate dashboard and can be withdrawn.

How do I withdraw my commission?

Request a withdrawal from the affiliate dashboard once your commission balance reaches at least Rp 50.000. The funds are sent to the bank account you registered.

How long is a referral link valid?

30 days from when a visitor first clicks your link. If the visitor already clicked another affiliate link earlier, that first link is the one that counts.

Is there a limit on the number of referrals?

No limit. Every eligible new customer earns you a commission.
