Is Helipod Email free?

The Free plan gives you 50 emails per day, 100 contacts, 1 domain, and 3 templates, enough to try the API. Mailboxes and email blast are available from the Starter plan.

What is the difference between email blast and transactional email?

An email blast goes out to many contacts at once for promotions or announcements. Transactional email is sent one at a time because of something a user did, such as an OTP code or a receipt. On Helipod, email blasts are sent with the broadcast feature in the dashboard, and transactional email goes through the API.

Will my email land in Gmail and not in spam?

Helipod sends through Amazon SES with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for your domain, checks recipient addresses before sending, and automatically stops sending to addresses that bounce or report spam. This helps your email reach the Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo inbox.

Can I pay with QRIS or bank transfer?

Yes. Every plan can be paid with QRIS or bank transfer, no credit card needed. Pay monthly with no contract, and the renewal price stays the same.

Is an SMTP relay available?
