Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using Helipod's services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to use our Services.

These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or content contributors.

Helipod provides a cloud deployment and infrastructure management platform that allows users to:

• Deploy applications easily and quickly to cloud infrastructure
• Manage server and container resources
• Monitor application performance through an integrated dashboard
• Scale automatically based on traffic needs
• Access logs and metrics in real time

Helipod reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without prior notice. Helipod will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

To use the Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials (username and password) confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying Helipod immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Making sure you sign out of your account at the end of each session on shared devices

Helipod will not be liable for losses arising from the use of your password by others, whether with or without your knowledge.

Helipod offers various subscription plans, including a free plan with certain limits and paid plans with more complete features.

Helipod reserves the right to change prices with at least 30 days' prior notice.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from using the Services to:

• Violate laws or regulations applicable in Indonesia or internationally
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Carry out DDoS attacks or activities that disrupt Helipod's infrastructure
• Mine cryptocurrency without written permission from Helipod
• Host content that infringes copyright, pornography, or illegal content
• Send spam or carry out phishing
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems or networks
• Resell the Services without written permission from Helipod

Violation of these provisions may result in suspension or termination of your account without a refund.

The Services and their original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Helipod and its licensors.

The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws both in Indonesia and abroad. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Helipod.

You retain all rights to the content you deploy or store through the Services. By using the Services, you grant Helipod a limited license to host and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

The collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with that Privacy Policy.

Helipod, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Service disruptions caused by force majeure (natural disasters, war, riots, etc.)
• Losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Services

Helipod's maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Helipod in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will end immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you can simply stop using the Services or contact our support team.

Your data will be kept for 30 days after account termination, after which it will be permanently deleted. We recommend backing up your data before terminating your account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Disputes will be settled through deliberation to reach consensus. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) or the competent court in Jakarta.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our discretion. We will give at least 14 days' notice before material changes take effect through:

• Email to the address registered to your account
• A notification in the Helipod dashboard
• An announcement on our official website

By continuing to use the Services after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Services.
