Steps

How it works

  1. 01

    Add Domain

    Open the Settings > Domains tab in your service. Enter the domain you want to use.

  2. 02

    Setup DNS

    Add a CNAME or A record at your DNS provider. Helipod will provide the required values.

  3. 03

    Verify & SSL

    Wait for DNS propagation, then click Verify. The SSL certificate will be issued automatically.

Frequently asked questions

How long does SSL certificate issuance take?
Once DNS points to Helipod, a Let's Encrypt certificate is issued automatically. Timing depends on DNS propagation and domain verification.
Can I use Cloudflare?
Yes, but make sure DNS is set to Grey Cloud (DNS Only) first. After the domain is active, you can switch to Orange Cloud (Proxied).
Are there costs for custom domains?
No additional costs. Custom domains and SSL certificates are included in all plans.
